Here’s a shot of the Roatan shore. Roatan is located in the Bay Islands of Honduras. I took this photo just before debarking the ship for our Roatan excursions—a dolphin encounter followed by time at Tabayana Beach.

Welcome to urban Roatan! Oh, what a thriving metropolis! I took this photo from inside the compact taxi that carried us to the dolphins.

Well, if there ever was a “Beuty saloon,” here it is. Young children hang out while a woman hangs out her slip to dry.

The most fun we had on our cruise was the dolphin encounter. The dolphin we encountered was Samantha, and here she is at the very top of the photo. Make no mistake about it: this excursion was worth its price plus the price of the cruise itself!
