Here’s a photo of the main pool area. There are lots of
people trying to make leather from their flesh, lots of splashing,
and lots of relaxing. I don’t believe Becky and I ever got
into the main pool, but we did spend some time in the canopied
hot tubs. At the far end of the main pool you can see a bar.
What can you see above the bar? Another bar. I suppose Voyager didn’t
want her guests to be denied adequate libation. |

Here’s another photo of the main pool area. Between the
two main pools are some tables. When seated at one of those tables,
your feet are in the water. That’s a pretty neat idea, unless,
of course, you’re wearing shoes at the time you discover
that the floor is submerged. The canopied enclave on the far
right of the photograph is home to a live band. Notice the conical
glass structure on the right. That structure can be seen from
the Royal Promenade on Deck Five. |

Here’s a photo of the adult pool area. Becky and I spent
more time here than in the main pool area. Reminiscent of ancient
Greece, the adult pool area is quieter and less exposed to the
sun than the main pool area. Under the top deck and to the right
in this photo are two hot tubs. What can you see under the top
deck and slightly left of center in this photo? Another bar. |

The aft end of the top deck is called the Sports Deck and is
home to an in-line skating park, full-length basketball court,
rock climbing wall, and a nine-hole miniature golf course. There’s
a bit of wind blowing across this area, which added to the challenge
of playing miniature golf. Becky and I played but kept score
for only the first five holes. The course is a par two. I think
that means that players should be able to put the ball in the
hole in two strokes. Neither Becky nor I was up to par. I took
eight strokes to put the ball in the second hole and Becky took
twenty strokes to sink the ball into the third hole. Becky beat
me on the first and fifth holes, though, taking three strokes
to my four for each hole. |

Here’s the entrance to the Magic Flute dining room. Voyager has
two main dining rooms, Carmen and Magic Flute. Magic Flute’s
entrance is similar to the entrance of Carmen. Becky and
I didn’t get a chance to look inside Magic Flute because
we were assigned to Carmen. It’s the Carmen dining room
that you see in Royal Caribbean’s television, Web, and printed
advertisements. |
