Max woke Jaddie a little before 7:00 this morning. The lil’ fellow was ready to start his day. I came home shortly thereafter. We spent the morning watching the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. While watching the parade Max was busy with his cars, buses, and trains. He spent a lot of his waking hours today rolling them around, in and out of, and over and under furniture. He often hustled over to us and grabbed one of our hands to lead us back to his play area to watch him. He always had us a special spot to sit and watch.
We had Thanksgiving at our house today. Mimi, Grandpa, and Granny joined us. Max was in hog heaven with all of them here. He was good during lunch. He especially loved the rolls. He ate three and wanted a fourth. We distracted him so he’d eat something else.
The lil’ fellow enjoyed a nice four-hour nap this afternoon. While he slept Mimi, Granny, and I went out shopping. When we returned we had dinner before everyone went home.
We had a great Thanksgiving and we’re very thankful for our health, family, and friends!
